We totally understand plans can change and you may need to alter your booking to suit your new schedule, just let us know and we can rearrange this for you. Please do not leave it too close to the travel date as charges may apply.

Yes – Some of our vehicles are PSVAR compliant These vehicles are subject to availability. Please contact us on 020 8848 7711 if any of your group need extra assistance and we can make the arrangements for you.

Water and cold food are permissible. Hot food or alcoholic drinks must not be consumed on the vehicles without prior consent from the company in advance.

We accept all major debit and Credit cards, cheques and bank transfers. Cash on the day will only be accepted if approved by us at the booking stage.
