Our story goes back to 2007, when we stepped into the public transportation industry serving this beautiful historic city. We started with only one 49 seater Van Hool; which established myself as a sole operator. This was the era which established our business philosophy “to be your partner in travel by providing extraordinary customer service, on the most state of the art vehicle at affordable prices”. The warm and personal attention delivered by us, gained rapid popularity and appreciation. The name BM Coaches was firmly established amongst London's coach operators. The following year; in 2008 we added another coach thus increasing our fleet to two vehicles. The support and appreciation from our customers has always been our biggest strength.
At the end of 2008, two more luxury coaches with onboard facilities were added acquired. As our fleet increased, so did the complexity of our operations demanding highly qualified, experienced professionals. In this journey, our core principle of “not compromising on standards and excellence in people and coaches” was established.
By mid 2009, BM Coaches become a strong name within London's coach operators. We became the preferred operator by clients for local and International customers. Our reputation was built up by recommendation from satisfied customers.
We refer to this year as “the Golden Year” in the history of BM Coaches. Our fleet increased to 19 luxury coaches of various sizes equipped with modern facilities and technology. At this time we aimed to ensure that quality and safety was not compromised. We therefore took the decision to invest in our own in-house engineering team rather than outsourcing to a third party. All our vehicles undergo daily checks and the fleet maintenance is under my strict supervision.
Our reputation of being a “Reliable & Self Sufficient” coach operator has given us many opportunities to serve elite and prestigious customers. The continuous support and recognition from our customers has encouraged us to increase our fleet to 40 luxury vehicles.
We continued or expansion in 2010 where we gained the reputation as one of the leading UK coach operators. We were awarded, “The Best Fleet Award” amongst the UK's Coach Operators and thus in 2011, Van Hool customised the most unique coach to meet our requirements.
And so to the present day, the company has been taken to another level & we are proud to be the UK and Europe's most respected and recognised coach operator. We take pride in calling ourselves as “your partner in travel” It's not just the coach you hire with us, it's the professional and personalised service.
