There is no such thing called “Cheap Coach Hire” - Posted on 28th Apr 2013
It always annoys me when I see ‘cheap coach hire’ written on websites and in billboards. Many people love using the word “cheap”. The price is a comparative thing... the value is reflected in the price you pay. We basically don't use the word even in a small part not even in a campaign and this is only because we provide the best quality with a reasonable price, for which everyone can afford and are happy with.
Anyway away from the internal issues we have within our business, we are working confidently to provide the best for all our clients & passengers the industry. A constant focus on price and less on service will not be good for the long term future. This is why we are investing in to drive customers to focus on value that is driven by service and product quality.
There are times when the client should spend a bit more money on an item / service for the good of the tour. And that's where you can use the word “cheap” with appropriate impact. But leading up to the utterance, you shouldn't be using the word “cheap” to describe everything in a project in order to gain the passengers / clients approval. You'd rather, sell the client / passenger on the quality and inherent worth of the services you're offering.
The ongoing drive by coach hire comparison websites on cheap leads and selling cheap quotes is not good for business; as Wagner said ‘the plan will lead to cheap men and cheap products.’
